Job summary

Alignerr in Poland seeks Software Engineers to help shape AI‑generated code. You will write, review, and refine solutions across languages, evaluating AI outputs and providing expert feedback on correctness, efficiency, and security.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours. You’ll collaborate asynchronously, design challenging prompts, and rank AI solutions, contributing to safer, smarter coding assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or software engineering.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Proven problem-solving skills and systematic debugging approach.
• Clear written communication to explain technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn't.
• Design challenging prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
