Job summary

INFUSE is assembling a small, high-impact team to transform and evolve in the AI era. You will join a cross-functional squad focused on identifying inefficiencies, challenging legacy workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.

We welcome candidates from technical, operations, product, analytics, or project management backgrounds. You will be self-directed, analytical, and capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience writing Python scripts for automation and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience with data flow design and process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies across multiple departments and challenge legacy workflows.
• Design and build integrations connecting new AI tooling with core databases.
• Evaluate business value, ROI, and prioritize automation requests.
• Lead a small, cross-functional transformation squad with 3–4 members.
