You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable automation solutions, integrate CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, and improve operational efficiency with Python/JavaScript
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automation, software engineering, or AI-related roles.
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and APIs.
- Hands-on scripting and integration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and custom APIs
- Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs for business process automation
- Integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and internal systems for seamless data flow
- Develop scripts and backend logic (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation use cases
- Optimize lead generation, outreach, and customer support workflows using AI tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments
- Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices
