Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with open-source CAD software (e.g., FreeCAD, KiCad, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A reliable internet connection and access to a computer.

Responsibilities

• Design physical objects suitable for 3D printing using open-source CAD software.
• Complete engineering design tasks while your workflow, including tool usage, clicks, and design decisions, is captured to help train AI models on engineering problem-solving.
• Write and execute Python validation scripts to support your design workflow.
• Complete tasks across multiple complexity levels: Simple (~4 hours), Moderate (~4–24 hours), Complex (~24–40 hours).
