Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.

Responsibilities

• Review overhead invoices and post in Intacct.
• Post AMEX transactions in Intacct.
• Reach out to card holders for unreceived receipts.
• Ensure correct mode of payment is used for outgoing payments.
• Ensure signed contracts and W-9 are in place for payments.
• Apply payments against invoices in Intacct.
• Monitor multiple banks and accounts for incoming transactions.
• Calculate and confirm payments due to experts based on cash received.
• Input payment info on the daily cash log.
• Monitor AP email box.
