Job summary

Scale With TARS LLC is seeking independent contractors to coordinate accident scene assistance. This opportunity involves inbound and outbound calls to arrange services and provide updates on assistance already in progress.

As a remote contractor, you will make outbound calls to coordinate services, handle callbacks, and set up new requests. You must have a Windows 11 PC, USB headset, and a wired internet connection, and you will be required to complete training and pass assessments.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience coordinating services.
• Must be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
• Must pass an online assessment and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to coordinate accident scene assistance, vehicle release, and related services.
• Handle callbacks from customers, client representatives, and service providers.
• Answer inbound calls to set up new service requests.
