Hospitality Academy is seeking an Academic Support Specialist to assist the Academics Coordinator in creating engaging study materials and supporting students through their courses. The role also involves growing understanding of the F1 visa application process in an international education context.

You will manage enrollment, guide students, handle admin tasks, and use Moodle and CRM systems to track progress and support workflow processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Academic Support or Business Development or similar positions; management experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Good command of MS Office; CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and serving spirit; team-oriented mindset.
• Hospitality background; able to relate to students and graduates.

Responsabilités

• Enrollment Support: manage enrollment for Hospitality Academy courses.
• Student Guidance: be primary contact for prospective and enrolled students.
• Administrative Duties: process invoices, verify documents, track eligibility.
• Course Material & Content Creation: help develop and update materials.
• Departmental Assistance: support Head of Academic Department as needed.
• Orientation & Onboarding: conduct calls and onboarding sessions.
• Course Creation: assist in designing new courses aligned with standards.
• System Management: use Moodle, internal portal, and CRM to track progress.
• Cross-Functional Communication: serve as main academic queries contact.
