The role requires extensive hospitality leadership experience, a track record in teaching adults, and commitment to continuous improvement in alignment with international standards.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in hospitality-related field; evidence of subject-matter expertise.
• Preferred: Master's degree or MBA with hospitality focus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years of higher education or executive training experience.
• Experience teaching adult learners or executive education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education modules in Hotel Management and Hospitality Operations.
• Mentor and advise students; supervise capstone projects and dissertations.
• Engage with industry partners and participate in institutional events.
• Contribute to curriculum development and programme reviews.
• Advance research and professional development in hospitality management.
