Job summary

Placement International seeks a dynamic Sales Executive for Hospitality Academy. You will guide prospective students to the best programs, build global partnerships, and drive growth across markets.

You will host virtual events, track KPIs, and ensure timely payments while providing personalized support to each student. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality education, with English as a must and Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales or Business Development, ideally with leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building and coaching abilities.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a valuable plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Hospitality Academy and promote brand and values.
• Guide potential students to suitable programs and courses.
• Develop growth strategies for different markets.
• Create partnerships with hospitality institutions worldwide.
• Research and execute strategic partnerships to grow the brand.
• Explain programs and courses to prospective students.
• Host virtual events and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Analyze markets and assist in recruitment strategies.
• Track students and payments weekly; use CRM to manage records.
• Connect with aspiring hoteliers to offer top-tier education.
