Job summary

Tieto Deutschland GmbH is seeking a System Analyst for a Poland-based R&D role in the telecommunication industry. The focus is on research and analysis tasks within 5G, including simulations and algorithm development for new features.

The position supports a multinational team across Poland, Sweden, and China, with potential for 100% home office work. You will drive systems studies in 5G, collaborate on feature development, and contribute to 5G standards, with a strong emphasis on communications

Qualifications

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L2, DSP, and Radio Resource Management.
• Some experience in creating simulations in L2.
• Analytical mindset and ability to deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G in Radio Resource Management and Radio Physical Layer.
• Collaborate on new features, simulations and improvements with cross-functional development teams.
• Develop software simulations for the performance analysis of 5G features and algorithms.
• Contribute to advances in 5G Standards.
• Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks.
