Job summary

Tieto Deutschland GmbH in Poland is seeking a System Analyst for the R&D area of the telecommunications industry. The role focuses on research and analysis tasks within a multinational team, with options in Wrocław, Szczecin, Poznań, Kraków or Warszawa, or 100% home office.

You will drive 5G studies in Radio Resource Management and the Radio Physical Layer, collaborate on new features and simulations with cross‑functional teams, and develop software simulations for performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L2, DSP, and RRM.
• Experience creating simulations in L2.
• Analytical mindset with high capacity and result orientation.
• Excellent English skills, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G Radio Resource Management and the Radio Physical Layer.
• Collaborate on new features, simulations and improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop software simulations for performance analysis of 5G features and algorithms.
• Contribute to advances in 5G standards and IP.
• Support deployment of new 5G products into customer networks.
