Job summary

Tieto is seeking a System Analyst for Poland with focus on 5G RRM, L2 simulations and radio network performance analysis. The role involves researching and analyzing 5G features, collaborating with multinational teams across Poland, Sweden, and China, and contributing to 5G standards and IP activity.

Qualifications

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L2, DSP, and Radio Resource Management.
• Experience in creating simulations in L2 is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent English skills for an English-speaking work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G RRM and Radio Physical Layer.
• Collaborate on new features, simulations and improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop software simulations for performance analysis of 5G features at link-level and network-level.
• Contribute to advances in 5G standards and to innovation/IP through invention disclosures and patents.
• Support deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks and understand configurations.
