Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Regulatory Systems and Process Optimisation Lead in Gdańsk, Poland. This role involves enhancing Consumer Health’s Veeva Vault RIM system and optimizing related processes across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include improving document management, engaging with customer communities, and driving automation initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in regulatory operations, a strong grasp of Veeva Vault RIM, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in regulatory operations or process improvement.
• Proven experience using Veeva Vault RIM in a regulatory capacity.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process mapping.
• Experience supporting training and customer-led process improvement.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve how documents and data are structured within Veeva Vault RIM.
• Own and improve processes related to submissions and risk management.
• Act as contact for user communities to understand needs and barriers.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to validation and compliance of Veeva Vault RIM.
