Job summary

Mars in Warsaw is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Effectiveness and Experience Manager for a 12-month assignment. You will drive recruitment process optimization, deploy TA technologies, and lead regional improvement initiatives across Europe, focusing on candidate and hiring manager experience while ensuring EU Pay Transparency compliance.

• Background in Talent Acquisition, HR/P&O, or recruitment process optimization; data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across formats.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with global and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive regional adoption of the Gold Standard Recruitment Process.
• Lead local and regional continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Global TA 2030.
• Partner on regional roll-out of next-gen TA technologies and change management.
• Lead TA Workstream for EU Pay Transparency with Global Total Rewards.
• Oversee deployment of the UK contract automation pilot across Europe.
• Support creation and delivery of regional TA capability programs.
• Establish and maintain regional/local knowledge management and self-service bases.
• Drive TA dashboards and reporting with the TI team to improve accuracy and UX.
• Develop quarterly insights to capture stakeholder feedback and prioritise needs.
• Track key effectiveness metrics to inform decisions and priorities.
