Job summary

Medtronic Poland is seeking a field-based regional role to shape new therapies across a high-potential region. You will work with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop a regional approach to therapy development.

The position entails approximately 70% travel across Dolnośląskie, Opolskie, Śląskie, Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie, Podlaskie and Lubuskie, with autonomy to drive initiatives and adopt a start-up mindset in a growing therapy area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare-facing role is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel ~70% and work independently in a developing market.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional Polish and English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Polish hospital environment and reimbursement system is a plus.
• Experience in therapy development or market mapping is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional strategy to establish and expand new therapies.
• Build understanding of therapy landscape, pricing dynamics and reimbursement considerations.
• Maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital management to support therapy adoption.
• Provide clinical and technical support for new surgical procedures.
• Identify Key Opinion Leaders to support education and adoption.
• Analyze market dynamics and translate insights into actions for growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and medical education teams.
