Job summary

Expect extensive field work and cross-functional alignment. You will travel approximately 70% of the time, engaging with clinicians, evaluating market dynamics, and contributing to therapy development and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing or related field.
• Experience in medical devices or OR/clinical support is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel ~70% across Poland and hold a valid driving license (Category B).

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy to establish and expand new therapies in the Poland region.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and growth potential.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital stakeholders and KOLs to support therapy adoption.
