Job summary

ZF Group in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Regional Supply Planner to support Aftermarket supply chains. You will ensure material availability, manage inventory, and coordinate procurement with international suppliers.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong stakeholder management. Fluency in English and German language skills are valued. Hybrid work and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Mgt, Logistics or Business Administration.
3+ years of professional experience in a related field.
Excellent change management and cross-functional problem solving with stakeholders.
Experience in SAP APO/IBP environments and multiple ERP systems.
Strong communication skills and data-driven decision making.
Fluent English; German skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Execute material procurement - components.
Manage and monitor daily production planning SAP APO (PP/DS).
Analyze and manage bottlenecks with logistics.
Coordinate lead time adjustments with international suppliers and adjust PO quantities.
Transfer schedule lines from APO to SAP.
Send purchase orders and schedule lines to suppliers via EDI/SupplyOn/Mail.
Plan administration in APO for replacements and NPI's.
Weekly backlog reports to guarantee material availability.
