Job summary

ZF Group in Poland seeks an Inbound Logistics Planner to manage inventory levels, coordinate MRP resets with sites and suppliers, and ensure visibility of call-offs via EDI or portals. The role supports recovery plans for shortages and collaborates across sites and electronics/commodity teams.

Ideal candidates have a logistics/SCM degree, 3+ years in logistics (automotive preferred), and SAP MRP proficiency. Hybrid work model offered in Częstochowa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• English communication skills in speaking and writing.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in automotive.
• Experience planning logistics with suppliers in Asia and Europe.
• Proficient in MRP SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to meet monthly targets and reduce excess stock.
• Coordinate MRP resets with sites for key suppliers.
• Ensure call offs are visible to suppliers via EDI or portal for 12 months.
• Manage shortages and recovery plans with suppliers and internal teams.
• Escalate and negotiate with suppliers when lead times change.
