OPmobility is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager in Kraków to lead regional supply chain strategy and drive cross‑functional initiatives across Europe. You will shape the flow-management strategy, optimize logistics information flows, and coordinate regional activities with budget oversight.

The role requires 8–10 years of leadership experience in supply chain, strong S&OP and analytics skills, and readiness to travel 30–40% across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Industrial Management with leadership responsibilities in a multi-site environment.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, inventory management, logistics flows, transportation, and supply chain performance optimization.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional and international projects and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the flow-management strategy across the entire supply chain.
• Lead design, organization, and optimization of logistics information flows with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and synchronize all regional supply chain activities and manage the budget.
