OPmobility is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead flow-management strategy across the regional supply chain and align long- and mid-term directions with stakeholders.

You will design and optimize logistics information flows, monitor performance via dashboards, and drive change initiatives. Expect 30-40% travel across Europe and leadership of multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Industrial Management with leadership responsibilities in a multi-site environment.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, inventory management, logistics flows, transportation, and supply chain performance optimization.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional and international projects, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions and performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the flow-management strategy across the entire supply chain.
• Define long- and medium-term strategic and operational directions of the supply chain, including regional roadmaps.
• Lead design, organization, and optimization of logistics information flows between internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and synchronize all regional supply chain activities and identify synergies across the group.
• Manage the supply chain budget and monitor performance through dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise teams; assess performance and support skills development.
• Develop and manage activities and services offered to clients; build strong supplier relationships.
