Regional Sales Manager Auto AFM - Poland and Baltic States.
Key Responsibilities;
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Heavy Duty Division and help expand our sales activities by:
Customer Visits & Brand Presence
- Spend 70–80% of your working time on customer visits — travelling across Poland and the Baltic States to meet distributors, end users, and decision-makers in person.
- Conduct joint visits with our distributors' sales representatives to promote FERSA products directly to their end-user customer base.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, technical briefings, and brand-awareness campaigns to raise FERSA's profile in the market.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key contacts.
- Collect and report market price benchmarks and customer price targets to support the continuous review and adjustment of our regional price lists.
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer demand shifts, providing regular, structured feedback to the commercial team.
- Analyse customer potential, fleet data, and application profiles to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Gather detailed technical requirements and application engineering data from customers and feed these findings back to the Product Management and R&D teams.
- Act as the voice of the market internally — documenting customer pain points, unmet needs, and product gaps that can shape FERSA's next development priorities.
- Track and report activity metrics, pipeline status, and account results using the CRM system, ensuring full visibility for management.
- Share success stories, learnings, and best practices across the wider sales team to raise collective performance.
- Continuously improve field sales processes, tools, and approaches, championing a customer-first mindset aligned with FERSA's Sales Excellence principles.
Requirements of the job;
- Proven track record in field sales, key account management, or technical sales — preferably in bearings for heavy duty applications (wheel, transmission, gearboxes) or automotive aftermarket.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Poland and the Baltic States (70–80% of working time).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in price negotiation,
- Ability to read and communicate in a technical context — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable discussing product applications and specifications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized — capable of managing a large, independent territory with minimal supervision.
- Fluent Polish and strong English skills
- Work from the office based in Katowice or Home Office
