This position will join a newly established Competence Centre in Poland and play a leading role in planning, introducing, and operating key IT infrastructure services, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, networks and cloud platforms, in support of a global IT organisation.
Working closely with international stakeholders and global headquarters, this role will contribute to the development, governance, standardisation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services across multiple locations and functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Service Planning and Roadmap Formulation: Plan and define the future vision of assigned services based on business requirements, translating them into specific service specifications and operational standards.
- Service Implementation and Transition Management: Lead the launch of assigned services and ensure a smooth service launch by managing and approving construction and operations from a planning perspective.
- Service Governance and Standardisation: Define regional standards for assigned services to maintain and improve consistent control and governance.
- Definition of SLA/OLA and Policies: Formulate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned services and ensure the operational quality of various policies, such as change management.
- Operational Vendor and Contract Management: Optimise partnerships with vendors through RFP creation, contract monitoring, SLA compliance supervision, and escalation management.
- License and Cost Management: Maximise cost efficiency through centralised procurement and negotiation of licenses, as well as continuous monitoring of usage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Service Design and Planning Ability: The skill to understand abstract business needs and translate them into concrete IT service requirement definitions and service blueprints.
- Service Implementation and Project Management Ability: The driving force to control development vendors and safeguard quality and schedules during the introduction of new services or large-scale updates.
- Service Infrastructure Expertise: Understanding of the functions and governance of major cloud services such as Okta and Azure.
- Operational Vendor Management Experience: Practical experience in SLA management, quality supervision, and contract negotiation with operational vendors.
- Policy Formulation Ability: The skill to articulate and define service operational policies and standardisation rules.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: The ability to build consensus on requirements with stakeholders and external vendors.
Education & Experience Requirements
- IT Service Management and Planning/Operations Experience: 5+ years of practical experience in service planning, implementation, or global-scale operations management within the IT infrastructure domain, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networks and global service delivery.
- Infrastructure Service Ownership & Governance: Proven experience owning, governing, and continuously improving enterprise infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational standards.
- Vendor Management and SLA Operations Track Record: Experience leading RFP creation, performance management based on SLAs/KPIs, and escalation responses with external vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Driving Global/Regional Projects: A proven track record of driving the introduction, migration, or standardisation of infrastructure services across multiple locations or countries as a Project Manager or Service Owner.
- Technical Understanding of Infrastructure: Foundational architectural understanding of Identity & Access Management solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and/or Okta, as well as cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Nice to Have
- Organisation and Service Launch Experience: Experience participating in the launch of a new IT organisation or driving IT service standardisation and rollout from scratch.
- License and IT Budget Management Experience: Practical experience in license procurement/negotiation for large enterprise contracts and cost optimisation through continuous usage monitoring.
Consensus Building in Cross-Cultural Environments: Experience working in multinational team environments and managing gap adjustments/alignments between business and IT departments across different time zones and cultures.
