Job summary

RED Global has established a new Competence Centre in Poland and seeks a senior IT infrastructure leader to plan, introduce, and operate essential services including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, networks, and cloud platforms to support our global IT organisation.

Qualifications

Experience in planning and operating IAM, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
Proven ability to define standards and governance across global teams.
Strong vendor management, contract, and SLA/OLA oversight.

Responsibilities

Plan and define the future vision of services and translate into specifications and standards.
Lead launch and transition management of new services with vendor coordination.
Define regional standards to maintain governance and control.
Formulate SLAs and ensure quality of policies, change management, and operations.
Optimise vendor partnerships, monitor SLAs, and manage escalations.
Centre cost management through centralised procurement and license negotiation.
