Open Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid) IT Operations & Governance Full-time Posted Sep 7, 2026
Role summary
Join a growing European software group expanding across Central and Eastern Europe through both organic growth and acquisitions.
As Head of Group IT, you'll take ownership of the internal corporate IT environment across multiple entities, with responsibility for infrastructure, cloud, systems, security, governance, vendors, licensing, budgets, and IT operations.
A major part of the role is post-acquisition integration. You'll help bring newly acquired businesses into a common technology environment, consolidate fragmented systems, establish group-wide standards, and improve cost efficiency without losing operational continuity.
