Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Regional Fleet Coordinator to join our Procurement Business Operations Team in Warsaw. Hybrid work model (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) and responsibilities spanning data changes, fleet compliance, invoicing, vendor relations, and cost control.

The role requires 1–2 years in procurement or logistics, English at B2 level, and strong organizational and analytical skills. We value flexibility and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• University degree or 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics in an international environment.
• Very good written and verbal communication in English (min. B2).
• Nice to have: knowledge of another European language besides English.
• Good organizational skills, detail oriented with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to handle complexity and work close to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Customer service focus and process orientation.
• Flexible to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Process driver data changes, vehicle terminations, fuel card requests and respond to maintenance program questions.
• Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Provide vehicle information to HR for BIK and payroll deductions for employee paid options.
• Code invoices with correct GL code and cost center.
• Maintain outside vendor and service provider relationships.
• Answer routine questions and assist employees.
• Implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in company.
• Maintain and monitor data management system to organize the EMEA fleet.
• Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information to forecast new requirement.
• Streamline and monitor fuel / electric purchase system with assistance of fuel cards / charge cards for all vehicles and drivers.
• Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives.
