Job summary

Nestlé Warsaw is seeking a Dedicated Fleet Specialist to lead domestic and international transport operations with a focus on optimizing efficiency and reducing costs. You will coordinate across factories, warehouses, and THUB teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of deliveries.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in transport operations, and proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI and SAP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic and international transportation operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute transportation operations using a dedicated FTL fleet with a focus on cost optimization and reducing empty mileage.
• Monitor transportation orders end-to-end from planning to unloading; proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with THUB teams, factories, warehouses and other partners in transport planning and execution.
• Serve as main contact for factories, distribution centers and THUB teams regarding domestic and international deliveries.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers and carriers.
