Just Eat Takeaway.com in Wroclaw is seeking a Country Financial Controller to act as the financial anchor for Polish and Slovak operations. You will own statutory filings, IFRS and local GAAP compliance, and oversee audits and tax initiatives to drive accurate reporting and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS, local GAAP and transfer pricing knowledge.
• Extensive proven track record in statutory accounts, audits and tax.
• Ability to influence across a matrix of global and local teams.
• Experience with ERP/consolidation tools and data-driven finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight for Polish and Slovak entities and maintain financial integrity.
• Deliver timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with reconciliations.
• Own statutory filings and annual financial statements to deadlines.
• Manage external audits, tax compliance, and coordination with tax advisors.
• Collaborate with Segment Finance and commercial leadership on forecasts.
• Oversee liquidity, banking, and cash flow forecasting with Group Treasury.
• Drive process improvement and strengthen internal controls.
