Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Life Sciences or related field.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Commercial experience in pharma or related sectors is an asset.
• Background in software development or data engineering with strong SQL and data fluency is an asset.
• Hands-on experience delivering data solutions on modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, AWS, Snowflake) leveraging data foundations to build scalable data products.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply data & AI to commercial challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and own end-to-end delivery of data & AI solutions.
• Using Claude Code and Claude Cowork to build and deliver insights on top of data foundations, from exploration to production-ready output.
• Promote adoption of AI & GenAI capabilities to elevate organizational maturity.
• Monitor performance of deployed solutions and drive enhancements for business impact.
• Build relationships with commercial stakeholders as a trusted data and technology partner.
