Mastercard is sourcing a commercially focused Manager, Regional Commercialization, Digital Assets to drive adoption and pipeline growth across Europe. You will lead regional go-to-market strategies, engage with clients, and accelerate BVNK-powered solutions with account teams and product partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or growth within payments or fintech.
• Strong sales mindset with resilience to pursue opportunities.
• Proven ability to close complex commercial opportunities.
• Understanding of payments across Europe.
• Experience engaging senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Experience with digital assets or stablecoins.
• Existing network across fintechs, PSPs, financial institutions, and digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional commercialization strategy and provide market insights.
• Identify and prioritize client opportunities in target segments.
• Develop and expand the regional pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead client pursuits from origination through contract and launch.
• Partner with account teams to accelerate conversion and growth.
• Engage with clients, conduct discovery sessions and workshops.
• Act as trusted advisor on stablecoins and digital asset payments.
