Job summary

FairWind is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support a large-scale international wind industry recruitment project focused on attracting skilled wind turbine technicians. Location: Remote or Hybrid (Poland / Germany / UK).

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build global talent pipelines, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and retention initiatives. Strong English and international experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the wind industry.
• Experience recruiting technical profiles such as Wind Turbine Technicians, Troubleshooters and Mechanics.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
• Nice to have knowledge of Global Mobility and cross-border hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for wind turbine technicians and other technical positions.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and alternative channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes across international markets.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and collaborate with Hiring Managers.
• Support onboarding coordination and candidate documentation processes and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support a large-scale international recruitment project focused on attracting skilled wind turbine technicians across global markets.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Poland / Germany / UK)

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the wind industry

Proven experience recruiting technical profiles such as:

• Wind Turbine Technicians
• Troubleshooters
• Mechanics
• Other specialized wind industry professionals

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

International recruitment experience

Very good English communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and recruitment platforms

Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Global Mobility and cross-border hiring processes
• Experience with employer branding initiatives
• Experience supporting employee retention and engagement programs

Your Role

• Support retention initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and reducing turnover
• Contribute to employer branding activities and recruitment reporting
• Ensure smooth communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
