Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee recruitment from start to finish.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Post job openings and manage candidate applications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Assist in offers and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws throughout recruitment.
