• Schedule interviews and manage communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain the recruitment database and candidate files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with background checks and reference verifications to support informed hiring decisions.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
