What will you do?
As a Recruiter (f/m), you will join our Talent Acquisition team in Kwidzyn and support recruitment for one of Jabil’s largest manufacturing sites in the region. This is a hands‑on recruitment role combining high-volume hiring, professional recruitment, stakeholder management and Early Talent activities.
- Location: Kwidzyn (Pomeranian region)
- On-site (with hybrid model, up to 2 remote days a week after on-boarding)

- Reports to the Recruitment Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, engineering, technical and operational roles across the Kwidzyn site.
- Manage a dynamic requisition portfolio – our team filled over 300 requisitions in the past year.
- Support large-scale Direct Labor (Blue Collar) ramps and cooperate with recruitment agencies to deliver against changing production demand.
- Recruit across key functions including Engineering, Quality, Test, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other support functions.
- Deliver against key recruitment KPIs, including Time to Accept, pipeline health, offer acceptance and hiring delivery.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HR and business leaders to define recruitment priorities and provide talent market insights.
- Drive sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools and targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Support Early Talent programs, including internships, school and university partnerships, career fairs, site visits and workshops.
- Represent Jabil at recruitment events and support local employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Contribute to TA projects and process improvements while ensuring accurate recruitment data and compliance with global recruitment standards.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
- Fluency in both Polish and English is essential.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving setting.
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills, with knowledge of the latest recruitment tools and techniques.
- High level of independence, initiative, and ownership.
