Join our Talent Acquisition team
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Warsaw Global Service Centre.
This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, finding great talent and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the trusted onsite Talent Acquisition contact for Warsaw, working closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and supporting leaders with their day-to-day recruitment needs.
Your main focus will be managing end-to-end recruitment for leadership, specialist and niche roles, while also supporting volume hiring and recruitment drives when required.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through to interviews, offers and successful hire.
- Recruit for leadership, specialist, niche and high-volume positions.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and talent mapping.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Act as an approachable and trusted onsite contact for Warsaw leaders and hiring managers.
- Provide clear updates, recruitment advice and practical solutions to stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver onsite recruitment drives and hiring events.
- Liaise with our onsite recruitment vendor and other external partners.
- Produce market insights covering talent availability, salary expectations and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and support regular reporting.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What we are looking for
- Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a large or international organisation.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience.
- Experience recruiting specialist, niche or leadership-level roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised and delivery-focused approach.
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies and changing priorities under pressure.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies, vendors or RPO partners.
- Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Polish talent market. Polish language skills would be beneficial.
What we offer
- PLN 10,000 to PLN 13,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
- 7.5% annual performance bonus.
