Job summary

Luxoft in Gdańsk is seeking a Real-Time Developer to lead the runtime and integration workstream for a hardware-assisted security platform. You will focus on the Windows data pipeline, ML inference runtime integration, and SDK/API layer development used by security software partners.

The role requires 4+ years in systems programming, strong C/C++ skills, and expertise in Windows kernel-mode. On-site work in Gdańsk is expected, with collaboration across ML and hardware teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in systems programming with C/C++ (Rust is a plus).
• Experience with Windows kernel concepts and driver-to-user-space IPC.
• Real-time, high-throughput software development and testing.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and performance.
• On-site work in Gdańsk and ability to read technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Design low-latency data pipelines moving CPU telemetry to ML runtime.
• Develop kernel-user comms, model loading and inference integration.
• Integrate production ML runtimes (ONNX/OpenVINO).
• Create stable SDK/API to deliver threat signals to partners.
• Unit/integration/regression/load/stress tests for the runtime.
• Document architecture, interfaces, and performance characteristics.
• Collaborate with Lab/ML teams and support multi-hardware validation.
