Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Principal Engineer to own the end-to-end architecture of a hardware-assisted threat-detection platform. You will oversee CPU telemetry, Windows kernel components, ML inference, and partner API integration, guiding cross-functional workstreams and ensuring architectural quality and measurable KPIs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, mentoring of senior engineers, and regular on-site work in Gdańsk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive software, systems, platform, hardware, security, or ML engineering experience.
• Architecture decisions across multiple components and disciplines.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive design reviews and decisions to closure.
• Based in Gdańsk or willing to relocate to the Gdańsk area.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of hardware-assisted threat-detection platform.
• Define technical strategy, interfaces, and integration model across Lab, ML, Real-Time workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional architectural decisions and establish quality standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate partner-facing SDK/API and ensure traceability of decisions and risks.
