JLL in Warsaw is seeking a PMO Lead to drive delivery discipline in a complex, matrixed environment. You will own the master delivery plan, coordinating with Portfolio Strategy, regional teams, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services and external partners, and will be the trusted voice on status, risks and savings for senior leaders.

• Identify late or at-risk items and define required actions.
• Maintain an integrated view of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions across regions and functions.
• Own the single programme reporting view: progress towards target, savings and blockers.
• Ensure consistent messaging to senior stakeholders and governance.
• Ensure opportunities have owners, next actions and due dates, escalating as needed.
• Track business cases and submission dates, flag missing inputs and elevate delays.

As PMO Lead, you will be the engine of delivery discipline. You will bring structure, pace and clarity to a complex, matrixed environment and make sure what has been agreed actually gets done. You will work with Portfolio Strategy, regional teams, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services and external partners, and you will be the trusted voice on status, risks and savings for senior leaders. Portfolio Strategy and the regions define what should happen, and you make sure it is delivered.

What You'll Do

• Own the master delivery plan for all agreed real estate opportunities, covering milestones, decision points, dependencies, approval timelines, critical lease events and benefits realisation dates
• Run the programme rhythm through regular check-ins, action tracking, issue management and dependency reviews, and prepare senior leadership updates
• Spot early what is late, blocked, missing or at risk, and make clear what action is needed
• Maintain an integrated view of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions across regions, JLL, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services, Portfolio Strategy and business stakeholders, and elevate early when delivery, approvals or savings are at risk
• Own the single programme reporting view: progress against the $100m target, delivery by region, savings delivered and at risk, blockers, decisions required, escalations and upcoming approvals
• Ensure consistent messaging to senior stakeholders and avoid multiple versions of the truth
• Make sure every opportunity has a named owner, next action, due date, target saving, decision requirement, status and escalation route, and hold regions, JLL and internal teams to account without owning every action
• Track which opportunities need business cases, confirm owners and submission dates, flag missing inputs and elevate delays, so cases are ready to enter the governance process

What We're Looking For

• Strong programme and portfolio management capability, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-region programmes
• Disciplined planning skills, including managing milestones, dependencies, critical paths and benefits realisation timelines
• Sharp analytical and reporting skills, able to turn complex data into one clear, credible view for senior audiences
• Confidence in risk, issue and dependency management (RAID) and in escalating early and constructively
• Comfort operating in a matrix environment, influencing and driving follow-up without direct authority
• Executive presence and the confidence to hold senior stakeholders and external partners to agreed actions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions, regions and cultures
• A proactive, pace-driven mindset, with a bias for clarity, ownership and surfacing issues early

Scope Boundaries

The PMO Lead does not own portfolio strategy, opportunity identification, business case governance, finance validation or policy ownership. These accountabilities remain with the relevant functional owners.
