Job summary

UBS is seeking a Payment Specialist in Wroclaw to ensure smooth invoice processing, accurate vendor data, and timely payments. You will support daily tasks while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, hold a business/finance degree, and are fluent in German and English. Strong Excel skills and independent collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a similar payments/real estate role.
Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Process, review and post accounts payable invoices with VAT checks and document controls.
Reconcile vendor accounts; handle reminders, variances, credits, queries.
Maintain vendor master data incl. bank details, IBAN, payment terms.
Prepare, execute and monitor payment runs.
Create and review payment proposals; obtain internal approvals.
Initiate payments and review payment logs; resolve errors.
Document payment runs and archive per guidelines.
Serve as contact for internal and external inquiries.
Contribute to process improvements (e.g., software upgrades).
