Job summary

UBS WM Operations Wroclaw is seeking a motivated professional to process and manage end-to-end client transactions for multiple European locations. The role includes servicing domestic and international payments, handling exceptions, and ensuring timely settlements of wealth management loans and deposits.

You will reconcile cash accounts, trade confirmations, and actively seek opportunities to speed up decisions while mitigating process risk.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage end-to-end client transactions for multiple European locations.
• Service domestic and international payments for Wealth Management clients using SWIFT and local services.
• Manage exceptions in non-STP processes and settlements of loans & deposits.
• Reconcile cash accounts and trade confirmations with counterparties.
• Identify opportunities to speed up processes and reduce risk.
• Contribute to process design and implementation in cross-UBS projects.

At UBS WM Operations Wroclaw you can contribute with the processing and management of end to end client transactions on behalf of multiple European locations.

Core Payments area processes include:

• Servicing domestic and international payments for WM clients using SWIFT and local retail payment services
• Managing non Straight-Through Processing exceptions
• Settling Wealth Management Loans & Deposits and early redemption requests
• Managing the timely reconciliation of cash accounts and trade confirmations versus counterparties
• Constantly looking for opportunity to speed up the process /decisions and increase client satisfaction
• Deep understanding of process risk and work to mitigate and reduce risk
