Job summary

Takeda in Łódź is seeking an R2R Process Coordinator to align Inventory, Intercompany and General Ledger activities. You will monitor handovers, track deadlines, support issue resolution, and contribute to governance and standardization of the R2R process.

You will work with internal stakeholders, apply a digital mindset, and help drive improvements using available systems and tools. Occasional afternoon hours (2 PM–10 PM) may be required up to 5 days a month.

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
3 years of accounting experience, preferably in GL.
Good understanding of accounting principles and transaction flow.
Proficient in SAP and Excel, with knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities across Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger.
Monitor dependencies and ensure timely handover between subledger and GL.
Track deadlines, workflow status, and quality of delivery.
Support issue resolution and elevate risks impacting close or reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain process continuity and governance.
Drive standardization and improvements in the R2R area.
Provide support in projects improving accounting and controlling processes.
Handle non-standard queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Develop a digital mindset and use tools to identify simple improvements.
Occasional afternoon hours 2 PM–10 PM up to 5 days per month.
