Takeda in Lodz, Poland is seeking a dedicated R2R Process Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day activities across Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger, ensuring timely handovers and issue resolution.

This role emphasizes governance, standardization, and continuous improvement, with a digital mindset and comfort with changing processes; occasional afternoon hours (2 PM–10 PM) may be required up to 5 days per month.

Qualificações

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in GL.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and transaction flow across subledger and GL.
• Good command of Business English.
• Good command of Polish.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and learn continuously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger processes.
• Monitor process dependencies and ensure timely handover between subledger and GL activities.
• Track deadlines, workflow status, and quality of delivery across the assigned scope.
• Support issue resolution and accelerate risks impacting close or reporting performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and process continuity.
• Support documentation, control adherence, and process compliance.
• Drive standardization, knowledge sharing, and operational improvements in R2R area.
• Support leadership with workload coordination, reporting, and process governance.
• Coordinate and participate in projects that improve the operations of accounting and controlling processes within the assigned scope.
• Provide support in resolving non-standard or complex queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop a digital mindset and openness to change by using available systems and tools effectively, while building confidence in identifying simple process improvements within the R2R scope.
