Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end close across R2R topics including GL and inventory.
• Prepare and post journal entries and recurring adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet, inventory, and intercompany accounts.
• Support billing and intercompany transactions, including invoicing and settlements.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies, controls, and deadlines.
• Provide audit documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and reduce manual effort.
• Senior Specialist: handle complex reconciliations and non-standard topics when needed.
