Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Lodz, Poland is seeking a proactive R2R Process Coordinator to oversee Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger activities.

You will monitor dependencies, ensure timely handovers, and drive process governance and standardization across the R2R scope. The role requires 3 years in accounting (GL preferred), strong English and Polish communication, and hands-on experience with SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger processes.

• Track deadlines, workflow status, and quality of delivery across the assigned scope.
• Support issue resolution and elevate risks impacting close or reporting performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and process continuity.
• Support documentation, control adherence, and process compliance.
• Drive standardization, knowledge sharing, and operational improvements in R2R area.
• Support leadership with workload coordination, reporting, and process governance.
• Coordinate and participate in projects that improve the operations of accounting and controlling processes within the assigned scope.
• Provide support in resolving non-standard or complex queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop a digital mindset and openness to change by using available systems and tools effectively, while building confidence in identifying simple process improvements within the R2R scope.

Job Description

TheR2R Process Coordinatoris responsible for coordinating operational execution across the integrated R2R process, including Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger. Ensure timely flow of activities, alignment of dependencies, and effective resolution of process issues. Support process governance, standardization, and operational continuity across the assigned scope. Act as a coordination point for stakeholders and operational teams within the R2R function. Drive operational excellence with a strong digital and improvement mindset, helping the team adapt to change and strengthen process flow through better coordination, standardization, and smarter use of tools.

Base Salary Range:

zł138,300.00 - zł190,190.00
