Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• Several years of R2R experience with inventory/intercompany and general ledger.
• Experience with complex close, balance sheet review, and issue resolution.
• Strong accounting principles and internal controls knowledge.
• ERP proficiency with SAP preferred, advanced Excel skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review complex accounting activities across Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end close deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor dependencies and ensure timely handover between subledger and GL.
• Conduct accrual postings reconciliations and related control activities.
• Provide expert support in issue resolution and risk escalation for close/reporting.
• Act as SME to ensure consistency across stakeholders and processes.
• Document controls and ensure process compliance; drive standardization and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve accounting and controlling processes.
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc accounting and reconciliation queries.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors and support walkthrough sessions.
• Identify process improvements and support digitalization of reporting.
