Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to join its R&D Development Center on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports development, validation and industrialization of new products, while driving sustainability and cost optimization.

You will collaborate with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely scale-up. The ideal candidate has a degree in a scientific/engineering discipline, strong analytical skills and fluent English, with up to 2

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies within the R&D Development Center.
• Contribute to product innovation, sustainability and cost optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to support scale-up and implementation.
• Assist in documentation, testing and qualification protocols.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings and communicate progress.
