Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to support the development, validation and industrialization of new packaging products. You will collaborate with global teams to drive sustainability, cost optimization and market-ready solutions.

Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, reporting to the R&D Development Center Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or engineering discipline as stated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English and good communication/presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies.
• Contribute to product innovation, sustainability and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to enable scale-up and implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings and communicate progress.
