Job summary

Asana is seeking a Program Manager to lead R&D onboarding and end-to-end coordination of related operational programs in Warsaw. You will build sustainable systems, calendars, and processes to ensure a smooth first-week experience for new hires across Product and Engineering, across time zones.

You will collaborate with Engineering to provide the operational backbone for scale, drive continuous improvement, and implement AI-powered workflows to streamline program operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating programs and schedules across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build scalable processes and systems for onboarding and cross-functional rituals.
• Strong written and verbal communication for status updates and stakeholder alignment.
• Proactive in identifying gaps and driving practical fixes.
• Curiosity about AI-powered workflows and operational automation.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and coordination for R&D Onboarding and related programs across Product and Engineering.
• Maintain program infrastructure with templates, templates, and tracking systems.
• Measure program effectiveness using lightweight metrics and feedback loops.
• Identify and close operational gaps across team seams with scalable fixes.
• Communicate clearly across R&D with cadence, updates, and documentation.
• Drive end-to-end execution of 1–2 additional programs beyond onboarding.
