Autodoc — европейская онлайн-платформа для автомобильной после продажи, ищет руководителя уровня среднего звена по качеству в логистике. Ваша задача — организовать мост между директором по качеству и менеджерами на складах, внедрить ICQA и определить требования к процессам в WMS 2.0.

Qualifications

• Опыт внедрения Lean и визуального менеджмента.
• Умение общаться с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Продвинутый английский; базовый польский.

Responsabilités

• Построить прослойку между директором по качеству и менеджерами по качеству на складах.
• Создать новую роль качества для ICQA, определить требования к процессам в WMS 2.0.
• Координировать QC-команды во всех складах, участвовать в еженедельных Q-OPS встречах и руководить сессиями.
• Внедрять стандартное исполнение и согласовывать процессы.
• Анализировать данные качества, строить отчёты и разрабатывать планы действий.
• Применять структурированные методологии решения проблем: A3, PDCA, DMAIC.
• Содействовать культуре качества и непрерывного улучшения.

AUTODOC is a European online platform for the automotive aftermarket, serving markets across 27 European countries. Founded in Berlin in 2008, it is headquartered there and has a team of more than 5,500 professionals from over 50 countries.

Задачи:

• Build a middle management layer between the Quality Director and warehouse Quality managers and Team Leaders
• Create a new Quality role dedicated to ICQA processes, covering daily location audits and defining procedural and technological requirements for rolling inventory in WMS 2.0
• Coordinate Quality teams across all warehouses, participate in weekly Q-OPS meetings, and lead monthly Q-OPS sessions for senior SCM leadership
• Implement standard workmanship and align processes across all warehouses, focusing on safety and ergonomics, efficiency and productivity, and cost optimization
• Analyze quality data, build reports, define action plans, and participate in quality-related projects
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies, including A3, PDCA, and DMAIC
• Foster a quality mindset and a culture of continuous improvement

Требования:

• 2–3 Years of work experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of large-scale warehouse operations, ideally involving Quality Inbound/Outbound (IB/OB) audits and Inventory Control audits
• Experience in team management and managing distributed processes
• Strong understanding of ICQA processes and finance requirements
• Strong analytical reasoning, structured issue resolution, critical thinking, and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PBI, and Metabase
• Project Management experience and knowledge of Lean and Visual Management methodology
• Understanding of quality tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, flowcharts, Pareto rules, 8W, and LEAN tools
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage challenging stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency and at least elementary Polish proficiency
