Job summary

AUTODOC in Szczecin is seeking a Quality Team Leader to supervise blue-collar staff in the Quality Department, serving as the primary POC for quality topics and ensuring smooth warehouse operations and Private Brand actions.

You will drive daily quality processes on the shop floor, monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and implement CAPAs while upholding OHESS standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of large-scale warehouse operations, ideally within Quality (Inbound/Outbound audits) and Inventory Control audits.
• Basic product quality knowledge derived from the logistics or production industry.
• Strong analytical reasoning, structured issue resolution skills, critical thinking, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Power BI).
• A basic understanding of Lean operational concepts.
• Communicative proficiency in English, alongside knowledge of the Polish language.
• Secondary or bachelor's degree.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Team Leader to serve as the first-line manager for blue-collar staff within the Quality Department. In this role, you will act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all business functions regarding quality-related topics at this location. Your mission is to ensure operational continuity and facilitate communication for both regular warehouse operations and Private Brand specific actions. This role requires you to be fully immersed in daily shop-floor operations, driving quality processes, and actively challenging the operational status quo.

• Team Leadership: Guide, coordinate, and coach the QA team in their day-to-day operations.
• Operational Continuity: Ensure continuity and effective communication for standard warehouse operations as well as Private Brand specific actions, including incoming inspections, NCR-product management, and QRAR handling.
• Quality & Standardization: Execute daily quality operations, maintain standardization, and proactively improve process standards across the warehouse.
• Performance Monitoring & Problem Solving: Monitor product and process quality performance by reporting daily, running root cause analyses, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Investigate the causes of non-conformances and implement effective solutions.
• Metrics & KPIs: Track quality assurance metrics. Set productivity targets and KPIs for the Quality team to ensure high efficiency, and implement QRQC standards for root-cause quality problem-solving.
• Culture & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with OHESS (Occupational Health, Environment, and Safety Standards) principles and reinforce this attitude within the Quality department. Foster a strong culture focused on a quality mindset and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience
