Job summary

BELVEDERE in Krakow is seeking a Quality Manager to own the SAP test and release governance in a fast-paced S/4HANA environment. You will lead half-yearly releases, CAB meetings, and ensure end-to-end testing across the SAP landscape while working with solution architects, business stakeholders and external vendors.

The role focuses on change intake through go-live, with a strong emphasis on ITIL-based practices, risk reduction, and disruption-free delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Release Manager in SAP environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience managing SAP half-yearly releases and CAB processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based change and release practices.
• Structured approach to test planning, defect management, and UAT coordination.
• 6-8 years of experience in quality management for delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical teams and business stakeholders.

They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their SAP Operations team in Krakow. This combined Test and Release Manager position offers you the opportunity to take ownership of change governance and quality assurance processes in a business-critical SAP environment.

Position Overview

As Quality Manager, you'll assume a pivotal role that connects change governance with quality assurance. You'll ensure every change and release is delivered safely, thoroughly tested, and without disruption to business operations. Working alongside the SAP Operations Manager, Solution Architect, BTP & Integration Lead, functional analysts, business stakeholders and external vendors, you'll own the complete lifecycle from change intake through to successful go-live.
